Spring Refresh List: 9 Easy Ways to Boost Your Energy

There’s nothing like soaking up spring sunshine and fresh air. When you’re ready to head out for some refreshing time in the sun this spring, try these activities for a natural energy boost.

Each idea blends mindfulness, nature, and feel-good habits to help you recharge at your own pace.
