Spring is Calling, so Stop and Smell the Flowers

It’s something about that fresh spring air that just makes you want to get outside, right?

You find yourself outside just to grab a package or head to your car when suddenly, that crisp, spring air hits you. It’s like a whisper to begin again.

Doesn’t that fresh air make you want to slow down and take it all in?

Pause.

Appreciate nature’s beauty. Appreciate where you are right now.

Breathe in the new.

Let go of the old.

Spring reminds us to slow down, stop and smell the flowers, and ground our energy. By pausing to refresh, we plant seeds for brighter living.

Ralph Waldo Emerson puts it beautifully, “Earth laughs in flowers.”

And wow, is it laughing now! Every day, I wake up to new blooms. Even my house plant is celebrating spring’s start.

Fresh Air. Fresh Start.

I was so inspired by the season’s cheerful energy that I created the Spring Adventure Guidebook. Read over 50 pages of recommendations to pour fresh energy into your season and embrace your bloom.
